Had a really nice stay by one night, glad I've chosen it. The location was fab, near the two bars as well as downtown. I ate in the à la carte restaurant nearby. Queen room I stayed at was large and ideal with nice view. Everything was excellent, including super and delicious breakfast for tea like warm.

I had the queen room which was outstanding and romantic with hot chocolate. The breakfast was rich with fresh products, desserts, tea like warm, worth the price. Overall the staff was attentive and really caring. The hotel was in a perfect location really close to the Spanish mountains, and Granada.

Big size, perfect unit with a terrace overlooking the slopes, and amazingly helpful staff.

Well-appointed accommodation with absolutely perfect setting close to the other restaurant or spa or bar, the slopes 1.5 hours after getting out of the airport, and main centre. Outstanding food in the restaurant, rich breakfast with fresh products and desserts, for instance. Competent and service-oriented people working here.

Clean and luxurious place, has splendid views of the village and slopes. It has attentive employees. Glad I took queen room, it was romantic and perfect.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious room and spectacular mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and little extras like a sponge in the shower and toothbrush/toothpaste were a nice touch.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

You can get out of the hotel Skiing and come back home skiing as well ! Very comfortable. In the last day you can make check out and after skiing, the hotel offers you the Spa to take a bath/Change. They have a Mini-Bus to take the customers to Pradollano Centre which is very convenient (you do not have to move the car)

We got a Mountain view room (no viwe at all !), which was not mentioned in the reservation.

Even though I had booked for 3 nights, they let me stay only 1 because the weather & the forecast was bad for skiing. They allowed me to change the other 2 nights to early April.

Our 3 bedded room had only been prepared for 2 people

Beautiful location on the road up the hill with views over the mountains. And close to the airport of Malaga as well as the blue. Varied breakfast with desserts, tea like warm, fresh products, really caring staff👌

Breakfast was nice with a buffet and choice of main course. Room was always cleaned perfectly. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. a pleasant stay.

the service during our stay was excellent - everything we needed was there and anything extra the staff were only too happy to oblige! the location for the pistes was brilliant as was the ski locker and the room was very large and comfortable even with our 18mth old daughter running around!

the only thing I can say was wrong with this hotel is that a childs play area was non existent despite being listed in the facilities as having a playground.

Good location with views from our room to the local ski runs. Good courtesy bus service to town centre. Chair lift to town and with direct connection to ski lifts.

The quality of our bathroom was very disappointing - small, drab and tired. Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya is 5 star rated and we would have expected something much better.

I stayed at Vincci for a week-long ski trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The shuttle service to the ski area was fantastic, making it convenient for us to get to the slopes. The staff at reception were helpful, although they could have explained more about the hotel amenities. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The location was ideal for accessing the resort and the staff were attentive and friendly.

I do recommend this hotel.

The location: ski in, ski out, and a ski lift to take you to Pradollano. Free ski lockers.

The hotel manager was very rude, insulting the staff in front of the customers. The room we were in had a nasty smell coming from the bathroom, which they tried to cover with large doses of air freshener. Breakfast was below average (nowhere near 5* quality) The location; once the ski lift was closed the shuttle service could take up to 40 mins to the pick you up.
